Club Ride - Fairview Firecracker!

Saturday, July 6 - 8:00 A.M. - Fairview Elementary School, 2640 Fairview Blvd., Fairview 37062 - Fairview Firecracker! - For Saturday of the holiday week, one of our most dedicated riders, Weldon Godfrey, has designed a very scenic route in his stomping ground on the west side. There are options of 38 and 54 miles, starting at Fairview Elementary School on Fairview Blvd (across the street from the high school and county health office). Both routes run together through the first rest stop at mile 26. The Long route also has a rest stop at mile 43 at the Fairview Market on the corner of Fairview Blvd and Old Nashville Rd.

Please note these road conditions:
On Parker Creek Rd. (both routes), at the bottom of the decent when coming off of Spencer Mill Rd, there is very rough pavement on the right-hand side of the road on a blind turn.
On Caney Fork Rd. (54-mile route), while passing the red brick house called “Valley View Ranch” on a small black sign (#7450), there are a couple of very significant potholes; one is fairly hidden and of recent origin.
