Our outstanding team of evening ride leaders has devoted tremendous thought and efforts to the course of our Tuesday night HBC ride.  This Tuesday the ride will again start from Patterson Baptist Church at 5:30.  There are routes of 21 and 24.7 miles.  Daylight is getting short now, so riders are required to bring headlights and taillights, since even on the short route riders will be coming in after sunset    Fredia Barry and Pete Cacchioli will lead the HBC riders.

The Harpeth Club has sponsored a classic Tuesday night ride for the last 15 years!  While many racers strive for fast times on this course, more moderate riders also enjoy the ride and will accompany our ride leaders.  However, this ride is NOT for novices!  There is no sweep, so riders are responsible for knowing the routes, as detailed below.  As always, our leaders will make sure everyone who left the parking lot with our group has returned before they depart after the ride (and go looking for them if necessary).

There's a good chance of rain this Tuesday.  When the ride has to be cancelled because of weather, Fredia will send a message by the General List. So be sure you have subscribed to that list. To do so, go to the HBC website, click on "About," then click on the right side on "Club Email and Mailing Lists," and follow the very simple instructions.
