Dan's Dividing Ridge Retreat!

We've had fun urban rides on Memorial Day and July 4 this year, but we haven't explored the north side on Davidson County. So on Labor Day, Dan will lead us up to a delightful time on Dividing Ridge. Yes, we'll start in town at The Parthenon, but we'll soon make it to the countryside, Knight Road, and Lickton Pike. After a little climb up to the Ridge, we'll descend to a rest stop at Joelton at mile 31. The full route is 53 miles. There is a short 39-mile option that takes Claylick Road directly from Lickton Pike and reaches Joelton at mile 17. Both routes return by the fun downhill on Eatons Creek. These are amazing, seldom-ridden but well paved roads, just right for a holiday adventure! Here are the cue sheets:
