We continue our Sunday rides from Westhaven in the off-season.  Here is a map to guide you to the parking lot at Westhaven.  Westhaven Blvd. is directly across Hwy. 96 from the end of Old Charlotte at the big sign for Gentry Farm.

From November through March, our Sunday rides are a bit less formal.  We will not have a formal sweeper but will ride in groups and watch out for each other.  Riders are expected to be able to maintain a speed 15 mph or better.  The standard Sunday route is 30 miles.  Most members will add miles along the route, and at the start we will establish the approximate distance that various small groups intend to ride.  The standard route goes out Boyd Mill, up Parker Branch, along Hargrove to Pinewood and Bending Chestnut, and back by Garrison, Bailey, and Alpakistan to the old Pancake route.  Many riders will do a 50- or 60-mile ride, improvising the route as they go along.  Here is the cue sheet for the standard 30-mile route:
