HBC Sunday Polar Bear Ride
Westhaven parking lot, 1025 Westhaven Blvd., Franklin 37064 -- take Hwy. 96 west from Franklin, turn left on Westhaven Blvd., veer right onto State Blvd., and then take the very first left.

The starting location for the Sunday ride has been moved to Westhaven, at least for the present time. Here is a map to guide you to the parking lot at Westhaven. Westhaven Blvd. is directly across Hwy. 96 from the end of Old Charlotte at the big sign for Gentry Farm.

During Polar Bear season we don't have a formal sweep, but we'll ride in groups and watch out for each other. The most common route goes out Boyd Mill and up Parker Branch, but groups make up the course as they go along. Most riders will go 40-50 miles, depending on the weather, with a pace from 15 up to 20 mph if the fast guys are there! At the start we'll give some idea of the available routes.
